A desk-size nature display with alternative inhabitants
The hummingbird, butterfly, and tropical-fish options use 312 pieces to create different display scenes. Stands help give a finished model a deliberate place, making this more about building and looking closely than rough floor play. Changing animals means reusing the same bricks, not adding a new creature beside the old one.
- Best fit
- The recipient enjoys a carefully arranged nature model for a desk or shelf.
- Before buying
- This is primarily a build-and-display set; alternate models share the same bricks. Keep the instructions and a container for spare pieces so future rebuilding remains possible.

An upright bird with adjustable features is what the child wants to make.
LEGO Creator Turtle with a Water Lily 31377 →
A short, nature-themed construction activity is the right size of commitment.
A closer look at the trade-offs
The trade-off
Exotic Parrot offers movable wings and tail in a larger upright bird. Turtle with a Water Lily is a smaller project. Choose Hummingbird when the recipient enjoys a carefully arranged nature model for a desk or shelf.
